3. All content, including text, images, product descriptions, branding, and logos, is the property of WondaMix and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

2. Product Information

1. WondaMix produces fresh, perishable smoothie blends.
2. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are provided for guidance only; natural variations in colour, texture, and flavour may occur due to seasonal fruit changes.
3. We reserve the right to adjust formulations or ingredients where required by availability or quality.

3. Prices & Payment

1. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2. Full payment is required at checkout.
3. Prices may change at any time; however, this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Order Processing

1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. All orders are prepared fresh. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
3. If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., due to stock limitations), we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are handled in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy. Key points include:

•  Deliveries take place Monday–Saturday.
• You must provide accurate delivery information.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing access instructions, or missed delivery attempts.

6. Refunds & Returns (Perishable Goods Policy)

• As our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
• changes of mind
• taste preference
• delayed collection
• items left unrefrigerated
• Incorrect addresses were provided by the customer

7. Customer Responsibilities

Once delivered, you are responsible for:

• Immediate refrigeration
• Consuming the products by the stated “use by” date
• Safe handling and storage
• We cannot offer refunds for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

1. Subscription orders are billed on a recurring basis via your chosen payment method.
2. You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time; cancellations do not apply to orders already processed.

9. Limitation of Liability

WondaMix is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Courier delays or missed deliveries
• Spoilage once delivery has been completed
• Events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, courier disruptions)
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
